Instructions for Presentations

Oral Presentations

Invited oral presentations will be allocated 25 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for questions and answers. Presenters are suggested to follow the power point template provided (oral power point template) and are kindly requested to upload their presentations 15 minutes before the starting of the respective session as well as to provide to the session chairman a brief summary of their academic and research record.

Poster Presentations

Presenters of poster presentations are suggested to prepare their posters according to the provided A0 format template (poster presentation template) and attach their posters to the respective boards at the entry hall in front of the conference room during the registration period 08:00 am – 09:00 am, Monday April 22^nd) and collect them after the end of the conference final session (18:00 pm, Tuesday April 23^rd)). Moreover, they are expected to be available near their posters in order to engage discussions with other conference participants during coffee breaks.
